I belive that when we change our brains, we change our lives; and when we connect with our emotions, we
open our hearts. My practice is informed by both neuroscience and the life lessons of parenting three
daughters. I have an additional MA in Human Development with a focus on neuroscience and psychotherapy.
My work with clients includes bibliotherapy, creative visualization, and a focus on emotional
integration and processing. I also love exploring the lakes, museums, and great food that Minneapolis
