Maybe you find yourself feeling overwhelmed at the prospect of adding one more thing to your plate or tired of trying an endless list of self-improvement tasks, only to feel like the quick fix doesn't fit your circumstances. I meet my clients with a warm, strength-focused, and culturally informed perspective to ensure they are receiving care tailored to them. In addition to the skills and tools you already have, we can use my toolbox: brainspotting, solution-focused therapy, brain-body connection, and systemic therapy to put your experience into context and you in charge of your story—no matter how unmanageable it may feel right now
During a session, you can expect us to reflect on your prior successes–what's worked for you? Just as my experience supporting foster children & teaching art shaped my expertise, your skills inform therapy to be specific & effective to you. My style is collaborative and a touch witty—I lean heavy on metaphors & a bit of therapeutic challenging too.
In short, I believe that everyone deserves peace and I’m here to be a support as you find yours. If it sounds like we could be a good fit, please don’t hesitate to reach out to get scheduled. I offer free 15 minute phone consultations and we have a wonderful front desk staff who would be happy to see if your insurance works out here.

It’s hard to feel at peace when you’re overwhelmed, burned out, masking, or carrying things alone for too long. I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore what’s weighing on you, express yourself openly, and begin overcoming the obstacles keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll focus on helping you live more authentically, reconnect with your priorities, and build more trust and compassion with yourself and others.
I use person-centered, eclectic approaches tailored to your individual needs and believe struggles and conflict can become opportunities for growth, healing, and self-understanding. Therapy can help you reframe painful experiences, feel less isolated, and move through life with greater clarity and confidence.
In addition to traditional talk therapy, I am a certified art therapist and incorporate creative approaches when helpful. I work primarily with older teens and adults and have specialized experience supporting people navigating autism, trauma, anxiety, depression, mania, and serious and persistent mental illness.

I believe it takes a lot of strength to reach out for help. Engaging in therapy often means a willingness to be vulnerable. It's an honor and privilege for me to experience that space with clients. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, grief, life transitions, or just feeling stuck, therapy can be a place to slow down and make sense of yourself, others and the world around you. I work with teens, adults, and older adults, and I especially enjoy supporting folks who are neurodivergent (like those with ADHD or autism), as well as older adults and caregivers navigating big life changes.
My style is warm, thoughtful, and low-pressure. I want you to feel safe showing up just as you are. I mostly use a psychodynamic approach, which means I’m interested in how your past experiences and relationships might be showing up in your current life.
I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). This type of therapy is commonly used for treating trauma symptoms, but can be used for anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and eating disorder symptoms. We’ll work together to notice patterns and build insight that helps you move forward.

Therapy can be incredibly helpful for those navigating anxiety, stress, and developing coping skills. I have experience working with neurodivergent clients and am passionate about continuing to support individuals in this area. As someone who is organized, motivated, and goal-oriented, I aim to work with clients who are ready to take steps toward achieving their goals in a supportive, non-judgmental space. We're in this together, and I’m here to support you on your journey or the next chapter of your life.
My approach is always rooted in understanding and empathy, providing a safe space where you can feel heard and grow. I help clients identify their strengths, successes, and areas of growth. My therapeutic style combines person-centered care, cognitive-behavioral techniques, strength-based focus, and trauma-informed practices.
If you're ready to process your thoughts and feelings and move forward with your goals, I’m here to help guide you your path for growth. Together, we’ll build a strong connection in a judgment-free environment, working toward the positive changes you’re looking for.

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, ADHD, burnout, parenting stress, relationship challenges, or major life transitions begin affecting how you function day-to-day. I work with adults navigating emotional overwhelm, self-esteem struggles, caregiving stress, neurodiversity, and the pressures of modern life. I also work well with analytical and high-achieving individuals, including those in engineering and problem-solving professions. I especially enjoy supporting individuals exploring late-diagnosed ADHD, including individuals learning how neurodiversity has shaped their relationships, work, identity, and emotional well-being.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I use CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and person-centered approaches to help clients better understand themselves while building practical tools for emotional regulation, stress management, boundaries, communication, and self-compassion.
I also support parents navigating postpartum changes, shifting identities, burnout, and the emotional demands of caregiving. Many of my clients are feeling emotionally exhausted by the pace and uncertainty of modern life and are looking for ways to feel more grounded, connected, and sustainable. Reach out to see if we may be a good fit!

I have been in the field of mental health for 30 plus years. My primary specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma/EMDR, couples, and post-partum concerns. I am also trained in Internal Family Systems, Love and Logic Parenting, and I have expertise in chemical dependency as well. I work with individual adults, couples, adolescents, college age youth.
My approach is holistic, and I often use CBT along with solution-focused and mindfulness-based therapeutic strategies. I integrate these methods based on the unique client and do not believe in a “one technique fits all” approach. I am non-judgmental and easy to talk to. Through collaboration, I empower my clients and promote inner strength and growth.

Navigating transitionary periods, relationships, identity, and feelings of loneliness, guilt, or shame can be overwhelmingly difficult to manage, not including additional stressors surrounding large family dynamics and conflicts. I am here to support the BIPOC community, in foster and adoptive families, particularly transracial adoptions, and people looking for support in foster and adoption trauma, identity, self-worth, and feelings of fear of failure. If you are struggling to navigate this world and need someone to talk to but don’t know how please reach out. I am here to offer support to teens, young adults, and couples.
As a transracial adoptee from South Korea, I bring a culturally affirming and intersectional lens to every session, using structural, experiential, and narrative modalities. I can offer a voice and guide you through anxiety, depression, relationships, and trauma. I have worked in various settings since 2011, I know personally the realities and challenges.
It takes courage to reach out and may feel scary, but I promise that you have the answers within yourself and my role is to help you unveil it–layer by layer–so that you can bring your best self forward. I believe therapy is the best form of exploring your strengths and sharing your own stories of healing and growth. Let’s connect–reach me by email or phone.

I focus on learning who a person is uniquely, and I take an active role in treatment, offering genuine warmth and support as well as practical feedback. I draw from various theoretical approaches but commonly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindful self-compassion, Exposure Response Prevention, and Internal Family Systems. As a licensed clinical social worker I have had the pleasure of working in cities across the United States with a wide range of individuals from a variety of backgrounds.
I work with individuals 18 and older, and my areas of special interest include anxiety, OCD, mindfulness, self-compassion, and climate-conscious therapy (support for anxiety/distress about our changing ecosystem).
