I am passionate about empowering my clients to achieve their goals. Therapy is a highly useful tool which can aid us in our journey to becoming our most regulated selves. My approach to therapy is warm, empathetic, and focused upon your personal strengths. I draw on a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to meet my clients where they are.
I have experience working with all age groups and demographics, and have a special interest in working with teens and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma. My therapeutic focuses surround life transitions, managing communication, self esteem, and identity exploration.
I believe that our lives are shaped by the way we interact with the world, which is why I use my therapeutic practice as a way to make my clients feel seen, heard, and understood.

Life is always challenging, and my goal as a therapist is to work alongside you to address issues that are keeping you from living life according to your expectations. I believe in leveraging your strengths, your unique sense of self, and resources, to work towards your personal or relational goals. I have experience working with adults, adolescents, families, and couples in non-profit, residential facilities, in-home, and outpatient settings across the Twin Cities area.
My primary specialty area is working with families and couples with high conflict. Other specialty areas include cross-cultural issues, relationship issues, communication issues, parental issues, anxiety, depression, and impulsive behaviors. I speak fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and intermediate Malay. I am trained in EMDR and am an Enrich/Prepare facilitator.

I believe that building a solid relationship is a key component of a positive therapy experience. I use a person-centered approach to create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for each person to share their unique story. I work regularly with the LGBTQAI community and feel strongly about keeping this a safe space for all.
I have a passion for working with college students/young adults, helping you to work through life transitions, and am constantly working towards destigmatizing sex and the like topics. People universally want to feel heard, understood, and seen, and I aim to provide this for each person.

Sometimes our lives can become overwhelming and challenging. We might encounter events that are out of our control. Perhaps our relationships are rocky, or we are at some point in our lives where change is disruptive and hard to maneuver. Suddenly, we find ourselves needing support and want to explore what therapy might have to offer. I work with individuals, families, and couples in a range of ages, teen to elder. I am an inclusive provider who is a strong supporter/advocate in working with BIPOC and LBGTQIA2+ communities.
I find it really helpful to create a solid therapeutic connection which allows the individual to feel they are truly validated. Some of the interventions I am trained in include EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), Brainspotting, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.

I focus on learning who a person is uniquely, and I take an active role in treatment, offering genuine warmth and support as well as practical feedback. I draw from various theoretical approaches but commonly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindful self-compassion, Exposure Response Prevention, and Internal Family Systems. As a licensed clinical social worker I have had the pleasure of working in cities across the United States with a wide range of individuals from a variety of backgrounds.
I work with individuals 18 and older, and my areas of special interest include anxiety, OCD, mindfulness, self-compassion, and climate-conscious therapy (support for anxiety/distress about our changing ecosystem).

I deeply value the therapeutic process. My approach is to meet you where you are at and walk with you as you make changes in your personal life journey to restore wellness. My clinical work encompasses an evidence- and strengths-based approach in collaboration with your unique perspective, identities, lived experiences, wisdom, and history. I strive to create a nonjudgmental, safe, supportive and authentic therapeutic environment while supporting you as you create positive changes and move towards personal goals.
I’ve worked in a variety of mental health settings, which include residential treatment, community mental health and college counseling. I am passionate about working with people that identify as LGBTQ+, BIPOC, Transgender and Non-Binary.
I am also earning a doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology and have developed a love for psychological assessment. Similar to therapy, I have a collaborative approach to testing. This means your thoughts and opinions are just as important as my training in testing.

Seeking change requires risk, and risk requires vulnerability. One of my greatest honors as a therapist is being trusted to witness and participate in one’s healing journey. I believe in the importance of developing the therapeutic relationship and creating a space where you are able to be your authentic self. I use person-centered, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness and EMDR modalities to help you achieve your goals. We work together to restructure thinking patterns, explore your story, and reduce recurrent distress.
I have extensive experience working with substance abuse, adolescent anger management, life transitions, gender and sexuality issues and trauma therapy. I enjoy working with adults, adolescents (15+), and within the LGBTQ+ community.

I provide a safe, supportive space where you will feel heard, understood, and free from judgment. Whether you’re looking to heal, find balance, or simply just have someone in your corner, I’m here to support you every step of the way. I specialize in working with caregivers of loved ones with special needs/chronic illness, maternal mental health, and borderline personality disorder. I also enjoy practicing family therapy.
I offer years of experience supporting individuals coping with the stress that accompanies being a caregiver. I love supporting the interpersonal relationships within a family and helping everyone in a family unit understand each other and "speak the same language".
I tailor my approach to fit your unique needs, meeting you where you are and working together to create a form of therapy that feels right for your goals. If I sound like someone you could connect with, reach out, and we can set up a free consultation. I would love to hear more about you!

I am passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate the complexities of relationships and attachment. Utilizing attachment theory, relational dynamics, and some CBT, I will guide you in understanding how your past influences your present connections. My approach is rooted in empathy and collaboration, creating a safe space for you to explore your feelings, patterns, and behaviors. I believe that healing begins with awareness and that building strong, secure relationships is essential for our mental well-being. Together, we will work to identify attachment styles, challenge thought patterns, and foster deeper connections.
My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, and trauma. I enjoy working with young adults, adults, and couples. For couples interested in pre-marital/pre-commitment work, I am certified as a Prepare/Enrich facilitator and can provide an assessment and feedback sessions.
