I draw on a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to meet my clients where they are.
I have experience working with all age groups and demographics, and have a special interest in working with teens and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma. My therapeutic focuses surround life transitions, managing communication, self esteem, and identity exploration.
