I am passionate about helping individuals navigate difficult emotions, life transitions, and experiences that feel overwhelming or hard to manage alone. My approach is grounded in person-centered therapy, meaning I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over four years working in emergency room and inpatient psychiatric settings supporting individuals during acute mental health crises. This experience shaped my trauma-informed perspective and deepened my understanding of how challenging and isolating mental health struggles can feel.
During my clinical training, I was also introduced to EMDR concepts while working with trauma-related concerns under supervision.
I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults and aim to create a supportive space where clients can develop insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful growth.
